Learn the art of meditation and start your own meditation practice at home! This series of classes will help you to overcome stress and keep a calm and peaceful mind all the time. Learn the tools of meditation and gain the confidence you need to make meditation a part of everyday life.
Feel free to drop-in any week.
The teacher of these classes is Kelsang Monlam, a Buddhist nun from Mahasiddha Kadampa Meditation Centre in Sydney. Monlam’s clear, powerful and practical teachings make Buddha’s wisdom both accessible and easy to apply in daily life.
