Through meditation we are able to reduce feelings of stress and unhappiness while increasing our natural sense of wellbeing. This is a valuable skill in our busy world. 'Introduction to meditation' is the perfect way to start a regular meditation practice. In this course we will learn three simple meditations that relax the body and mind, leading to a deep experience of inner peace.
The course consists of three 1 1/2 hour sessions with an experienced buddhist meditation teacher and includes a meditation CD for participants to use in their own time. It is suitable for beginners as well as those wishing to improve their meditation skills.
