Modern day living is becoming increasingly busy, complicated and difficult. By adopting a pure and simple approach to life we will enjoy contentment, mental freedom and a greatly improved sense of well-being. On this day course Kelsang Tsalden will explain how we develop this approach through meditation and thereby bring peace and harmony to our own and others lives.
