The accommodation options and associated fees are as follows, (fees below are inclusive of accommodation, teachings & meals for the weekend). Please note that payment is required in full to reserve your space on the retreat:
- Double shared room with private bathroom: $429 per person for the weekend (2 people per room)
- Twin shared room with private bathroom: $429 per person for the weekend (2 people per room)
- Triple shared room with private bathroom: $369 per person for the weekend (3 people per room)
- Private executive suite: $979 for the weekend (max 2 people)
- Off-Site (accommodation not included): $199 per person for the weekend
- Saturday Only (accommodation not included): $109 per person for the day
Double/Twin & Triple Shared Room
If selecting the double/twin or triple shared option, the room must be occupied by 2 or 3 adults respectively. Please specify the name of your room mate(s) at the time of booking; they will need to make a separate twin/triple room booking and name you as the person they are sharing with. If you wish to book a twin or triple share room and would like us to allocate a roommate for you please indicate this on the booking form.
Private Executive Suite
The executive suite incorporates a king sized bedroom (note that this bed may be split into 2 king singles if desired), private lounge, bathroom and decking area. The cost of this option is inclusive of accommodation, teachings & meals for 2 people for the weekend. Use of the executive suite is limited to a maximum of 2 people.
For those who wish to arrange their own accommodation please select the Off-Site option which is inclusive of meals & teachings only.
Satuday Only Option
For those who are able to attend only for the Saturday please select the Saturday Only option which is inclusive of lunch, dinner and Saturday teachings only.
The retreat timetable is yet to be finalised at this stage, however the retreat is currently planned to begin with dinner and an introduction on Friday evening. The first retreat session of each day (Sat-Sun) will likely commence at 7:30am with the last session ending at 9pm. The retreat will end with lunch on Sunday. The final retreat timetable will be confirmed in your confirmation letter 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
The course fee includes the cost of all meals, (breakfast, lunch and dinner) as well as morning and afternoon tea. Meals throughout the retreat are vegetarian. If you would like the dairy and gluten free meal option please indicate this by selecting the appropriate check-box in the booking form. Please note that we are unable to cater for any special dietary requirements other than these.

A confirmation letter will be emailed to the email address that you provide on the booking form 1-2 weeks before the retreat. You will also receive a payment receipt shortly after submitting your booking - Should you not receive payment confirmation please check your spam folder and then contact us by phone on (02) 9699 9902 or by email at email@example.com.
Up to 75% of the course fee may be refunded if you cancel your booking prior to 5pm on Friday, Apr 14th. All cancellations are required to be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
