the teacher
Gen Rabten is the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director for Australia and New Zealand and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Hong Kong. Gen Rabten has been training in Buddhism and meditation for over 20 years. His deep faith in Kadam Dharma and the sincerity of his practice are deeply entwined with his teachings, inspiring many people to embark on a meaningful and rich spiritual life.
