special events
In addition to our regular schedule of on-going drop-in classes and study programs we hold special courses, chanted meditations and other special events such as blessing empowerments. These events are open to everyone and no previous experience of Buddhism is required.
There are also regular special events held at Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia (KMCA) in Melbourne. As the mother centre of Kadampa Buddhism in Australia KMCA is home to the Australian Dharma Celebration and the Australasian Festival. Both of these events bring Kadampa Buddhists from across the country and the region together to enjoy meaningful holidays.
There are also international festivals and special celebrations overseas that you may be interested in attending.
