weekly classes
Our weekly drop-in classes are taught by lay and ordained teachers from Mahasiddha Centre’s community. Meditation and Buddhism is presented in a way that is easy to understand and put into practice in our daily lives. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek.
We offer a wide range of classes from introductory classes, to in-depth study programs, as well as retreats, weekend courses and kids meditation classes. We currently offer 17 drop-in classes throughout Sydney. Everyone is welcome to attend these classes.
